Marketing Case Management, 19 October

Case Management is a highly skilled specialised role. Providers of human services assist with consumers via case management to have meaningful lives whilst getting the most out of their allocated funding. Case Management is provided in many sectors such as health, aged care, disabilities, home care, mental health, drug & alcohol. This workshop/seminar is being repeated in response to identified needs within the industry particularly in Home Care Packages and NDIS.

Providers are facing ever increasing questions about their case management/core advisory services and associated fees. This seminar will explore the misconceptions and assist you to have the necessary skills and marketing to ensure consumers understand the value of case management.

• how to document services that meet legislative requirements

• costing your services

• how to conduct a case conference

• care planning and assessments required for informed decision making

Lorraine is a Fellow of the Case Management Society of Australia and as such is passionate about the benefits of Case Management. Attendees will as usual receive resources and information to apply in practice in their services including a USB with extensive resources.
