Leisure, Sport & Recreation

VisAbility’s Leisure and Sport and Recreation programs can support you to make friends, get involved and improve your health and wellbeing.

Join in creative and sensory activities, use our fully equipped gym, or access our wide range of talking books and Braille. Through this service you can:

- Stay healthy and active

- Make friends and be more social

- Be involved in the community

- Read books more easily

Transport:

Volunteer drivers and staff are able to transport participants who are not able to travel on public transport or access external transport agencies. We are able to help you travel from your home to participate in our leisure, sport and recreational programs.

"I got my social life back. I can go to VisAbility's gym five days a week if I want to, rather than sit alone at home. Now I can keep fit and make friends.” - JESSICA
