Youth Mentor/Support Worker

Enthusiastic young adult looking to help make a difference in someones life. Highly into basketball (basically all sports), films and music. Happy go lucky and laid back personality and open minded. I am registered for my working with children clearance and my national police certificate.

I have previously worked in a intermediate school (years in between primary and high school) back in New Zealand for a year as a teachers assistant for in class help with children with autism and varies other disabilities ranging from visual loss and hearing loss, speech disorders and as a mentor for children with childhood trauma.

I have also worked on the New Zealand youth special Olympics basketball team as a development and trial coach for a year and a half. Ages for this ranged from 5 to 18.

I can provide a resume and a written reference from previous work in New Zealand if interested.

Thanks
