Meet the team: Terri Phillips a founder of Disability Assist WA has more than 21 years of experience in the disability sector. Terri was at the time the youngest person to obtain her certificate in human services (disabilities) back in 1992. For over 10 years Terri played lead roles in the development and implementation of; Disability programs, Injury Management program, Quality Assurance compliance, Occupational Health and Safety management system, Risk Management framework, Self-directed services, Administration systems and readiness for National Disability Insurance Scheme. Terri has worked within both State and Federal funded disability programs and is adapt to a constant changing environment, imparting the ability to effectively prioritise and juggle multiple concurrent projects and effectively manage constant change. Terri is known to have a sunny disposition with an upbeat positive attitude Terri is adept at having strategic and operational responsibilities for multiple programs and has been instrumental in the development and progress of operational and strategic initiatives. Within Terri’s career she has always acted with integrity, behaving responsibly, and treating people with respect.
