I’m an awesome young man with a big personality and a zest for life. I left school at the end of last year – but there is still so much I want to learn. I’ve got a great sense of humour and it’s important you do too. I like reptiles, helicopters, music and dancing. I love socialising but can experience anxiety and need support to feel safe. I’m a keen bowler (ten pin bowling) and love cricket, but need help to join in with other people.

On any given day I may need you to be in one or all of the following roles:
Mentor – sharing your life experience and guidance with me as I face the challenges of my day. You’ll be a story teller, sharing examples I can relate to.
Teacher – identifying how I learn things and embedding learning in my day in ways that are motivating and meaningful to me.
Coach – supporting me to set my goals and engaging with the physical and social environments I’m in to set me up for success.
Supporter – giving me the practical support I need every day, with a view to increasing my ability to do things for myself.

Normally this role would attract an industry rate of $25 an hour.
However, if you can bring the following attributes the rate is $35 an hour:
High levels of emotional and social intelligence
Resilient and open-minded
Able to stay calm and be responsive under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

An enthusiastic can-do-attitude
A calm and focussed approach to problem solving
Interested in learning

A Full Australian Drivers Licence (non-probationary)
A road worthy car
A Current First Aid Certificate including CPR
A Valid Working With Children Check
A National Police Clearance (less than six months old)
If you believe there is a fit between you and your skills and my team, please submit a multi-media application along with your resume to by 5pm Wednesday 2 November 2016.
