People Who Care

People Who Care provides a range of essential services to help elderly, frail or disabled clients live more independently. Whether it’s transport to appointments, maintenance around the home or a trip to the beach, our volunteers can brighten a client’s day and provide essential home support.

We work closely with clients and their family, carers and health workers to identify the most appropriate service based on preferences and needs. New clients will need to complete an assessment before making a booking. Browse our range of services and complete an enquiry form to get started or contact us for more information.
