Currently only one organisation is set up to book our MacLodge Kinross facility and that is Intelife Respite by Sheree Beaton on 6169-1111 or 0409 498 560.

I have set up some shared respite at our home where we built a second story addition for our Son. There are three (3) rooms available for use for respite. Intelife have been using our facilities with great success since August 2017 and we are in a position now to offer the space to other organisations that may like to offer their clients more opportunity. Organisations may wish to be set up direct with us or clients may be referred or make direct contact with Intelife to make booking enquiries and find out full fee details.

The full time occupant of this second story addition is Brodie and he interacts amazingly well with his guests. Myself, my husband Colin and our two primary school aged girls live in the ground floor home and are also enjoying opening up our home to others for their enjoyment and pleasure.

Rooms are offered for respite in a lovely safe and secure home. 4 large bedrooms with one bedroom occupied on a full time basis by Brodie who has Intellectual Disability. Brodie is a young adult who spends evenings and most weekends at home enjoying time with family and support workers. Brodie enjoys going on outings, loves technology, playing playstation, watching kids television shows, public transport, maps, music and much more. Brodie enjoys people & is very friendly.

The Facilities:

The space has a ducted reverse cycle air conditioner and ceiling fans. There are two toilets (one separate and one in the bathroom), powder room & one bathroom with large shower and large vanity. A large linen cupboard including spare towels and bed linen etc if required. If you need to surf the web, write some notes, grab a pen and paper for scoring your game or to check emails, there is a small computer desk in the living area with some stationery and full NBN wifi available. There are laundry facilities available if you need them and plenty of power points to charge devices etc. throughout.
